Starlite Event Co. Offers event & party planning, rental options varying from 2.5 hours and up with picnics & events as well as 24 hours and up with luxury sleepovers. We plan, style, coordinate and collaborate to help bring your vision to life. We also show up to help setup and style your celebration as well.
All party types and packages require a refundable incidental deposit, taxes and mileage. To secure all services successfully in addition to payment; contract and policies must be signed electronically upon booking.
After deciding on your party date and type, you will secure your package and services with a payment which is finalized during the booking phase. If booking 14 days in advance , you will be required to pay 50% of your total cost upfront and remaining balance 5 days prior your party date. Delayed payments will incur a late charge or be subject to cancellation at the companies discretion. If your event is more than 14 days in advance , you may be eligible to pay your incidental deposit up front with the option to pay a percentage within 7 days after booking and the remaining balance 5 days prior to your event date. Late payment policy applies to all packages and service types. Our equipment and decor is considered rental items which means it will be delivered and setup at your preferred location and retrieved at end of party or on pickup date (applicable to 24 hour sleepover rentals). A detailed document will be provided outlining what items can be kept by client and what items are property of Starlite event company and required to be retrieved in documented date.
-Loss/Damages-
Accidents and unforeseen circumstances happen which is the reason for collecting an incidental deposit. Should any losses or damages occur during your rental period; your incident deposit will be partially or fully reduced to cover charges for the incidents. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made under any circumstances unless services were not delivered on the agreed date (e.g party not executed).
Additional Guest accommodations & request
Additional guests can be accommodated with advance notice only at an additional fee at a per guest rate. Partial payment option is not eligible when adding guests at a later date. Full payment for additional guest is required at the moment of request. Additional guests will be fully accommodated as the rest of party. Add ons for additional guests will require a separate payment as well. After payment is made, we cannot reverse or honor cancellations or no shows of these guests added but can offer a credit for future services. Please be sure that any changes made will be a guarantee to prevent any confusions or over-compensation. We cannot make an exceptions to this policy.
Payments are submitted via an electronic payable invoice which is sent to the email address provided during the booking phase. Dependent on the date you are booking determines the exact percentage due. Personalized add ons and services are not refund eligible.
Refunds are honored on a case by case basis. Unless the services are deemed as not delivered/fulfilled, refund amounts , if approved, are determined based on the circumstance.
An incidental deposit is a refundable payment that is incorporated into the package price and retained until all rented equipment and decor is inspected. Should all equipment and decor return to Starlite Event company in the same condition as it was delivered and setup; you will be eligible for the refund of your incidental deposit without reductions. Incidental deposits are updated in our system and initiated for refunds within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) from the end date of services which is typically the pickup date or 24 hours after event/party takes place. Please keep in mind that your bank may have a differing process than our and could potentially delay any refunds beyond our control. Once we have processed your refund, we are unable to see the status. All updates pertaining to refunds and are written in your contract and communicated via email specific to your situation or arrangement with Starlite Event Company.

We require at least 14 days advance notice or more to plan, design, style and execute an event/party. In some cases, we may honor a shorter notice if the theme and equipment needed for your event is readily available. However, events approved and booked with less than 14 days notice will incur a service rush fee to accommodate needs. This does not apply to all party types. Please note that personalization services and requests cannot be honored for events/parties that are approved for a date less than 14 days away.
Should inclement weather delay or lead to cancellations ; you will be given priority to reschedule only within 6 months of scheduled date. We cannot approve or guarantee a full refund. All changes and updates will be confirmed in a timely manner with owner, Mandy Lyons, should such incident arise.

Privacy is important to us. Therefore, we always provide a consent form for all clients to decide if any media (photos/videos) can be shared on social media platforms and website for business purposes only. If consent is not approved, Starlite Event Company will not violate the privacy of our clients by posting against wishes under any circumstance. Identifying content will never be shared on any platform. Media or content will not be sold to other companies or businesses.
COVID , Health & Safety Practices
All Starlite event company staff will be permitted to wear masks, gloves and carry sanitizing solutions with them to ensure the cleanliness and themselves and clients during all business interactions. Our company monitors and complies with all guidelines of the CDC at all times. All equipment and linens are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized prior to and during delivery of services with us.
